I have a set of long tube headers on my 2006 mustang gt. I went with the catless x pipe but I need to quiet my car down a bit and wanted to get a pair of cats to fit onto my setup. How much would that run me? 1 3/4"
Mikey, Email me a phone number where I could reach you and we'll discuss pricing. My email is nick@americanracingheaders.com Thanks. Nick
I see that you have a 2" primary tube version of headers for the C6 Z06. How well does this fit? Can I still access my spark plugs easily? Do I have to move any of my dry sump oil lines? Can you provide pictures of the installed version on the same type of car so I can make a more informed decision.
Chris, The fit is obviously a bit tighter but there's no clearancing needed with the dry sump lines. There may be a slight amount of clearancing needed for the trans cooling lines but that's easily done with a gentle touch of a pry bar. You also need to remove the steering shaft to slip the the header in which again is no big deal. I'll be more than happy to go over the details by phone on Monday if you wish. Email me a phone number and a good time to call and I'll get back to you. Thanks for inquiring.

Thank you for your prompt reply, I just wanted to know the particulars. Someone is selling a 2" version of your headers for a smoking deal. Chris Chow

Do your 1 7/8" headers with 3 x 3 cats fit an 09 C6 Corvette? Does the 3" X 3" X pipe neck down to 2 1/2" at the exhaust tie in? Does it work with the NPPs?
Yes my system will fit the 09. At the very end of the connection pipes it necks down to 2-1/2" and it won't affect the NPP mufflers at all.

I'm looking at getting a nice header/y pipe system for my 06 Chevy rcsb 4x4 that im just about done building a solid roller 383 for, it should produce 575-600 fwhp, what kind of a gain in hp will I see using your 1-7/8x3" kit over the cheaper headers out there? also is there any plans to make a 1-7/8-2"x3-3.5 step header or even a 2" primary for the trucks? Thanks, I'm saving my pennies and I hope to own a set of your ss headers!
I recently installed a new set of your 2" dia. stainless headers on my '67 big block Olds Cutlass. They are equipped with what appears to be your "standard equipment" merge collectors. The car weighs 3,150 lbs, is equipped w/ a Powerglide, a 5000 stall converter and 4.33 gears in the rear. The engine is a "477" aluminum rod stroker with light weight pistons and pins. It is spinning at about 6,800 RPM at the end of the quarter. The 1st two passes on the car at a recent "test & tune" session were 10.06 and 10.08 @ 132 MPH. Would there be any additional horsepower or torgue to be gained by adding collector extensions to these headers? Thanx, in advance, for your advice.
I have a 2010 Chevy Camaro 6.2L and I have already installed a Magnaflow cat back system and I was wondering how the long tube headers, high flow cats, and x pipe would fit up to them.
